James Bergen, Lead Pastor
James originally comes from Vancouver, Canada, but loves life and ministry here in the Valley
(even the Fresno heat!). His ministry involves, among other things, leading and overseeing the church’s
mission, preaching and teaching, and shepherding and caring for the NFC family. He always enjoys a
casual meeting at the local Starbucks. James and his wife, Marcy, have three children, Audrey, CJ, and Carly. Email:

Loren Dubberke, Pastor of Discipleship and Outreach
Loren is often the first pastor newcomers meet, since he spends some of his
time in the community around the church and helps NFC members form relationships with neighbors. Equipping people for leadership,
discipling adults, and resourcing our Social Action Response Team are a large
part of Loren’s ministry. Loren and his wife, Tonia, have 3 daughters, Danae, Breanne, and Shaye. Email:

Krystal Klaassen, Children & Families Pastor
Krystal leads the children’s ministries program, including nursery to
6th grade. She loves working with the children and their
families, and is honored to be part of a team of adults that strives to create a safe
and loving environment for the children. Krystal is a Fresno Pacific University graduate
with a degree in Contemporary Christian Ministries. Email:

Matt Ford, Pastor of Student and Family Ministries
Matt has his roots here at North Fresno Church and finds it quite exciting to serve as the Pastor of the same Student and Family Ministries
that so shaped his life. He loves working with students, joining with them on the journey of knowing Jesus more and learning
what it means to be a Christian in the world we find ourselves in. Matt very well might be the only other person at NFC that
spends more time at Starbucks than Pastor James. Matt and his wife Beverly have two children, Josiah and Bethany. Email:

Tim Neufeld, Contemporary Worship Service Leader
Tim leads the contemporary worship service and directs the worship team. As a pastor and,
more recently, a professor of contemporary Christian ministries at Fresno Pacific University,
he leads in a modern, yet approachable style. Tim and his wife, Tracy, have two sons. Email:

Bob Plett, Traditional Worship Leader/Choir Director
Bob, who has taught music in public school and has
served as music minister in the Reedley Mennonite Brethren Church, now leads our
music program at North Fresno Church. His love for God and music is evident in
his gifted leadership of the congregation and choir. Bob and Eileen are excited
about the opportunities for musical involvement at North Fresno Church.

Tracy Neufeld, Business Administrator
Tracy manages the business side of NFC. A graduate of CSU Fresno, she enjoys
the administrative details of our church and considers it a privilege to work
with such a talented and ministry-led staff. Tracy and her husband, Tim, have

MaryLyn Jones-Wiebe, Office Administrator
MaryLyn is often the first person you see when you come into the church office.
She enjoys helping those who come to the office and the pastors and staff. MaryLyn
