North Fresno Church is seeking a Director of Operations to keep the operational engine of the church running so pastors, staff, and volunteers can give their best energy to ministry. This part-time role (25–30 hours/week) oversees our administrative systems, finances, HR and compliance, facilities agreements, and communications workflow, and serves as project manager and event coordinator for church-wide initiatives. The director reports to the Lead Pastor and turns the work into simple, documented, repeatable processes.
North Fresno Church is seeking a Junior High Ministry Coordinator to help students in grades 7–8 grow in faith and community. This part-time role (20 hours/week) focuses on creating fun and engaging discipleship opportunities, building meaningful relationships with students and families, and leading programs on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights. The coordinator will also help plan and lead camps, recruit and support volunteers, and work closely with the Associate Pastor of Youth and Worship Ministries to integrate junior high students into the wider church community.
